St. Louis Pagan Pride

Our Mission

The mission of the Pagan Pride Project is to foster pride in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity and community.

We strive to keep our purpose balanced through the inspirations of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth:

Air: Education

Give the public accurate information about what Pagans do, and what we do not do. Only when people understand us will we all be able to practice our spiritual paths openly.

Fire: Activism

Act on our convictions and do what is needed. Most people will not go out of their way to find out about Paganism, so we must have the courage to present ourselves and show who we are.

Water: Charity

Offer compassion to our community where it is needed. When we share our own abundance, we show our trust that abundance will be shared with us in return.

Earth: Community

Weave networking webs in our cities, our towns, and our rural areas. We need these webs to support one another, and to show those who would restrict our practice that we are a strong and growing congregation.
